Stopped in without an appointment expecting to make one. Imagine my surprise when Ted stopped working on the car on his lift, grabbed his computer diagnostic tablet, and proclaimed let's give it a listen. He proceeded to look for the codes that would help him interpret what was wrong with the van, and there were many! Took it for a short test drive and in the space of 30 minutes had the van running smoothly. Ted was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing transmission help.
